As part of the University of Nottingham’s Vision on Research Impact the blog post on my work on civil service reform and professionalisation has just been published. It tells the story of the journey from running the first civil service surveys back in the last 2000s, the initiatives conducted during the last few years in the Western Balkans and the recent work on ethics and integrity in the civil service, which together have led to the establishment of the Centre for People Analytics in Government with my colleagues Christian Schuster (UCL) and Kim Sass Mikkelsen (Roskilde).
