Following the first publish service survey in 2016, we – Christian Schuster, Javier Fuenzalida, Kim Sass Mikkelsen and I – conducted a second national survey of public servants in 2019. The survey was led and coordinated by the Civil Service Agency of the Government of Chile. The latest survey generated more than 25,000 responses from 65 institutions. Christian Schuster who led the Chile survey presented the results in January 2020.

The project report with detailed results of the survey was completed in September 2020.
