Keynote presentation at the joint Ministerial Conference on ‘Innovative HRM for Public Administration of the Future’ organised by the Government of Slovenia, the Ministry of Public Administration, and ReSPA. I presented the results of the ReSPA Staff Satisfaction Surveys in the Western Balkans and discussed how staff feedback can support HRM reform agendas in the region.
