Presentation of ReSPA Survey Findings in Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina

Presented results from the ReSPA Staff Satisfaction Surveys to the Serbian Human Resources Management Service and to civil service agencies in Bosnia and Herzegovina, including the Federation and Republika Srpska. Meetings also involved HR networks and communities of practice to discuss the benefits of survey evidence for civil service reform.
