I presented at the online workshop of the Regional School of Public Administration (ReSPA) on ‘Sharing good practices in merit-based recruitment in the Western Balkans’. Ranka Bartula-Musikic (ReSPA) and I prepared the workshop programme. My own presentation focused on the new self-assessment framework for merit-based recruitment that is part of the our study on ‘Making Merit Recruitment Work: Lessons from and for the Western Balkans’. Subsequently, each ReSPA Member from the region presented an area of good practice to inspire discussion and the diffusion of knowledge across the region. For details, see :
